The reaction to the sauna has been incredible.

People have uttered beautiful things, witnessing the incredible detailing, the quality of the materials, and the love that was poured into it.

However I have now had the chance to show the sauna to a couple of people in real life.

It has become blazingly clear that the experience of this sauna in the real, is so much more than the photos can communicate.

So I want to encourage anyone interested in the sauna to come and have a look, and a test run. I am offering experiences throughout October so if you know anyone who is interested, please get them to email me on sam@ludgatebloom.com

It was a wonderful thing to hear, and she communicates  beautifully, the emotional experience that I try to create in my buildings.

A feeling of awe, wonder, and the grandeur of the theatre, of all theatres ;)

The sauna is available to view and purchase now.

It is in my workshop in Mawnan Smith, near Falmouth, but can be delivered nationwide.

£65,000 + VAT.

Delivery + Installation costs are additional, depending on site requirements and distance.

Although not critical, the building was  designed to host an additional Deck and Veranda area along the front. This would give users a space to sit out doors to cool down protected from the rain and could also create an architecturally interesting split level shower area and access to the changing room.

I would be excited to discuss this extension to the building with any prospective purchasers.
